    Hey Lynn!

    I still owe you a couple papers which my typist had and then suffered pancreatic distress, so they are coming. I was in your phone thing and spoke of ethics. Didn’t know the exercise piece…appreciate it as I have been a masters athlete 20 years in x-c skiing and in Hawaiian/marathon canoe racing…your stuff on exercise is right on. If you don’t already have the link, look to Mirkin who is an 80 year old physician who gathers evidence-based research on fitness.
