Eating a “rainbow diet” with lots of vegetables helps you recover from depression.

Why is that? It is very likely that the rainbow diet reduces chronic inflammation. What will raise chronic inflammation? Eating prepared foods. Being worried and upset. Not getting regular exercise. In other words, living in the 21st Century!

    Amen! now if I would just spend more time cooking and preserving what I grow! did you know you can crack and freeze the eggs whole and cook them over easy in the winter when they’re not laying? and or you can whisk them together and freeze with a pinch of salt and use them in cooking and scrambled too!

    Wow! What a difference between the 2 eggs–and that was a “good” store bought one to boot. It’s not too surprising though really; I don’t think any beings do too well cooped up in a small area. Not exactly the ideal condition for thriving. 🙂
